Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Emigrate. By creating a profile or starting an application you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Emigrate does

Emigrate is a relocation-services platform. We help you select a visa pathway, optimise your CV, and prepare and submit applications. We are not immigration attorneys; we provide consulting and document-preparation services.

What we don’t guarantee

• Visa decisions are made solely by the destination country’s immigration authority. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
• Government fees, processing times, and policy rules change frequently. We track them, but you remain responsible for verifying current requirements before relying on them.
• The US visa-ban status checker reflects our best understanding of the policy at the time shown; consular officers retain final discretion.

Fees and refunds

Service fees are charged at checkout in USD. Government fees are paid separately, directly to immigration authorities. Service fees are refundable within 14 days unless we have already begun substantive case work (CV optimisation, document preparation, etc.).

Your obligations

• Provide accurate information and authentic documents.
• Do not upload material you do not own the rights to or that contains other people’s sensitive data without their consent.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to circumvent immigration controls.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the service fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes are emailed to active customers. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
